Phases
YPI calculates the Phases from the plan type and the total weeks in the plan.  You can:
Adjust dates,
Adjust loading rates,
Add/Delete phases,
Make multiple taper and peak cycles.
Volume
YPI calculates the total hours of training for each Phase.  You can:
Adjust volumes to get the right volume profile across the year.
YPI shows Vol% curve.
Estimates max hr./ week.
Emphasis
Set the emphasis for each Phase:
% Physical,
% Mental,
% Technical,
% Tactical
Intensity
Set the intensities for physiological training:
Aerobic (Z1, 2),
Anaerobic (Z3, 4),
Power,
Speed,
Strength, etc.
